Zuppa di Vongle:  Tempo’s famous New England Style Clam Chowder

Fraggioli e Gamberetti:  Navy bean and baby shrimp salad with spring onions, diced tomatoes, fresh basil, balsimic vinegar, olive oil.

Insalata di Spinaci:  Baby spinach, hardboiled eggs, mushrooms, tomato, bacon with French vinaigrette.

 

Entrees:  Choice of

Gnocchi Gratinate:  Potatoe dumplings, ham, asparagus, Alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese, gratinee’.

Salmone Mediterraneo:  Salmon filet, fresh fennel, black olives, diced tomato, fresh basil, lemon-butter sauce.

or

Scaloppine di Vitello Saltimbocca:  Breaded veal scaloppini, prosciutto, sage, garlic, white wine sauce.

Faux Filet au Boursin*:  New York strip steak, herbed gourmet cheese, red wine sauce.
