Sautéed salmon filet, julienne asparagus and carrots, hot and sour Sambal sauce.

Sautéed breast of chicken, variety of mushrooms, garlic, parsley, mozzarella cheese, gratine.

Scaloppina di Vitello “Siciliana”
Breaded veal scaloppini, roasted onions and sweet red peppers, black olive, marinara sauce.
