Salmon filet topped with a sea scallop-shitake-scallion crust, lemon-butter sauce

Veal scaloppini, prosciutto, asparagus, mozzarella cheese, gratine.

Faux filet au Boursin*
New York steak, herbed gourmet cheese, Barolo wine sauce.
